Managing Cultural Diversity:

In today’s culturally diverse society both managers and employees find
themselves working with people of many cultures. Often differences in culture result in conflict and misunderstandings.

In this course trainees will learn about these differences and how to deal with them effectively. Trainees will practice what they’ve learned through the use of dialogues and role-playing, which represent realistic situations in which cultural conflicts often occur.
