Basic Management Skills

Basic Management Skills courses are designed to give the new manager a set of core skills required in today's challenging business climate. The manager must be able to understand his or her own organization and how it interacts with other organizations.

The manager is also faced with a variety of communication challenges such as holding meetings that produce positive results, integrating a diverse set of cultures, and managing conflict while providing feedback to employees on their performance.
