Dealing With Difficult People:

In today’s diverse work environment, interpersonal skills are essential for companies to effectively deal with employees, clients and other business contacts.

In this course, trainees will learn how to deal with a variety of difficult people who are chronically difficult. Extensive roleplaying will allow participants to practice the skills needed to deal with difficult behaviors and their resulting situations.
